There’s a part of the journey nobody tells you about. It’s not the beginning when everyone’s excited.vIt’s not the finish line when the crowd is cheering. It’s the middle. The quiet. The unseen stretch where your dreams are growing, but no one’s clapping… not even you.
It’s just… quiet. And in that silence, you start to wonder if maybe you’re crazy for believing so much.
You’re doing the work, showing up, trying to stay in alignment with your calling. But there’s no big moment. No “you got this” text. No standing ovation. Just a lot of silence. And that’s when most people give up. Not because they didn’t want it… but because they thought the silence meant it wasn’t working. But it is.

The becoming is where your character forms, your faith is tested, and your strength is revealed.
You don’t become a better version of yourself by being celebrated—you become it by walking through the process no one sees.
The middle teaches you patience, grit, and how to hear your own voice when no one else is echoing it.
What you do when there’s no applause is what builds you.
It’s not the likes, the shares, or the attention that transforms you. It’s the showing up when you could easily hide. It’s the staying committed when your confidence feels cracked.
The silent seasons are sacred.
Because that’s where you meet the real you.

Sometimes the cocoon feels like a coffin.
But it’s not. It’s a transformation chamber. And the struggle inside of it is where your wings are forming. Don’t rush out. Don’t numb it. Don’t despise it.
You have to learn to validate your own vision.
You have to learn how to clap for yourself, believe in your next level, and stay faithful to the seeds you’ve sown. Because what’s growing underground is more important than what’s being seen above ground.

You’re not crazy. You’re courageous. You’re not behind. You’re just hidden. and that’s not punishment. It’s protection. Everything is being aligned. You’re not being overlooked you’re being prepared.
Delayed applause does not mean denied destiny. So take another breath. Speak life again. Choose faith again. You’re not stuck. You’re just one push away from the moment everything starts to make sense. Like always, I believe in you and now with you believing more in yourself, I know that I will see you on the other side of your desired reailty soon.
Until next time,
Love Always,
John Maurice
