Hello to everyone out who take the time to read my blog there I say Thank you but—whether you’re stepping into the world for the first time or starting fresh after life has thrown you some curveballs. If you’re coming out of a divorce, bankruptcy, or just plain old wrong thinking, welcome. I’ve been there also and still taking unexpected hits, so today, i’m going to talk about how to stay focused, take control of your mind, and rise to a higher frequency to create the life you want.
Frequencies Want Your Attention
Frequencies—good and bad—are all around us. They’ve been with us for years, keeping us stuck or moving us forward. Think of them like sneaky radio stations trying to grab your attention, holding you back every time you try to change. They make decisions for us sometimes, and before we know it, we’re in the same spot we were five years ago, wondering why nothing’s changed.
But here’s the deal: you can change the channel. You don’t have to stay tuned to the frequency of fear, doubt, or laziness. You can choose a higher station, a frequency of success, and breakthrough.

Becoming the Director of Your Thoughts
Now, I want you to picture your life as a movie. Who’s the director? Who calls the shots? You do. When negative thoughts pop up, don’t let them hijack your movie. Instead, see them as those cheesy commercials trying to interrupt the good stuff. Grab your imaginary remote and hit “Skip!”
It’s all about staying in control of your mental “broadcast.” When a bad memory or fear comes up, imagine it as a goofy villain trying to mess with your life’s plot. You’ve got the power to flick it away like an annoying mosquito. Remember your happy place or positive frequency. Every time you have a thought that you don’t like change the station, put on some music that makes you happy, a movie that makes you laugh or find a funny YouTube clip to distract yourself from that thought so that you can return back to the transformational business at hand.
Writing Your Positive Script
Every day, we’re writing the script of our lives. If you focus on what’s wrong all the time, that’s exactly what you’ll get. But what happens if you flip the script? Start writing your life as a comedy or adventure. Make it positive. What kind of scenes do you want to create? Picture yourself as the lead in a feel-good movie, not some depressing drama.
When you trip on the sidewalk and we’ve all been there, don’t act like the world’s ending. Laugh it off—imagine it’s a scene in a comedy where you stumble, but you get up with flair. The people watching, they’re laughing with you, not at you.
Reframe the Negative
Life’s gonna throw mud at you sometimes. The bus might splash you, you might miss an important meeting, or a deal could fall through. But here’s where you get creative: turn it into something funny. Imagine the bus is part of a wild race, and the driver just gave you a high-five with a water blast. It sounds ridiculous, but trust me, it works.

Your Breath is Your Soundtrack
Ever notice how tense movie scenes have fast-paced music? Life works the same way—when things get stressful, your breath speeds up too. But here’s the trick: you can change the soundtrack by slowing down your breathing. Take a deep breath, like a balloon puffing up and floating higher. Exhale all the stress, and suddenly, you’re too high above the chaos to worry about it. And don’t forget your theme music for those tough moments—you know they’re coming! When they do, let your inner Superman kick in, hear that heroic soundtrack, lift your head, puff out your chest, and leap into action to save the day. And when it’s all said and done, remember to thank yourself.
Life is a game—love it, live it, and learn from it. At the end of the day, the power is yours. People can advise, but you’re the one who makes the call. So, be the superhero, not the victim. Find your music, and start living your best life today!

Visualizing the Life You Want
Here’s the fun part: spend some time each day visualizing the life you want. Picture it like a movie in your head. Maybe your dream life is like an amusement park where you’re the mascot, waving and smiling while riding the roller coasters of success. The more you picture this, the more your brain works to make it happen.

Surround Yourself with a Winning Cast
Just like a good director picks a great cast, you’ve got to surround yourself with positive people. You want friends who hype you up, not ones who keep dropping the camera and forgetting their lines. Your crew should be the ones who cheer when you succeed, not the ones who want to keep you in the same, stale scenes.

Flip the Script on Negative Thoughts
When you catch yourself spiraling into negativity, hit “Rewrite.” Imagine a boring lecture turning into a top-secret mission, where only you understand what’s going on. By changing how you see things, you flip the whole experience.
Celebrate the Small Wins
In any great movie, there are moments of small victories—those feel-good scenes that lift you up. Don’t wait for the big finale to celebrate. Give yourself credit for every small step forward. Each little win? That’s a gold star in your movie credits. Soon, those credits will be full of them!

Keep a Journal, Your Treasure Map
Write down three good things that happen each day. It can be as small as finding a dollar on the street or having a great conversation with someone. These are your “X” marks on the treasure map of your life. As time goes on, your map will show you just how rich in joy and success you really are.
Let Go of Perfection
Here’s a secret: no movie is perfect, and neither is life. We’re all going to have bloopers. When you mess up, learn to laugh at yourself. Imagine your life as a blooper reel—every mistake is just an outtake, and the star (that’s you!) is still crushing it. No one’s perfect, and the imperfections are what make your story interesting.

So whether you’re a young adult stepping into the world or someone rebuilding after life knocked you down, remember: you are the director of your life. You can choose to rise above the noise, the negativity, and the wrong frequencies. Keep your focus, laugh off the missteps, and surround yourself with positivity. You have the power to create a blockbuster life.

Let’s make your life’s story unforgettable—not one where you’re simply rich and carefree, but where your wealth is in kindness, compassion, and the light you bring to others. Be the blessing, the example of hope and love in a world often darkened by greed and selfishness. True meaning comes from within, not from money, fame, or possessions. Too many people chase these things, hoping they’ll make them feel whole, but that’s an illusion. Don’t waste seasons of your life waiting for the outside to fix what must be built from the inside out. Start today by creating a life where love, joy, and purpose lead every scene. Dream big, but let your dreams serve something greater. Be the light, and let your story be one that inspires others to live with meaning and purpose, too.
Look I believe in you and now with you believing in you I know that I will see you on the other side of your dreams.
Love Always
John Maurice
